I've installed, uninstalled, and re-installed Zac browser on my daughter's machine three times. The browser will load (choppy but fine) and when we click on "games" the choices come up after a few seconds. But if we select any of the pages we get an error message "navigation cancelled". I have turned off our firewall and tested it but still get the same error. We have this browser installed on another machine (same specs) and have no problem navigating to pages. Just finished updating/scanning/cleaning the machine, still no pages loading in zac browser. We can navigate fine in firefox. What else can be done? Windows XP sp2
Hi Rachel, Please try the following - Open Internet Explorer (don't use Firefox for this update) - Visit this website: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ once flash is properly installed close IE and try Zac Browser once again.
